Since I learnt the principles of powered movement at the wheel of a Ferguson tractor at the age of 8, wheeled vehicles powered by an internal combustion engine have played an important part of my life. I have been fortunate to find success within the motor industry and motorsport at a World class level
There is of course a catalogue of management experience and success but the greatest pleasure has been in the teams I have managed and the subsequent development of individual team members.
It is the foundation of a very practical philosophy for consultancy – an honest understanding where a business is, and what resources are available to improve but most importantly understanding that it is people who make the difference between success and failure – not just the team but their customers as well.
